Be Aware.
Some guitar teachers will charge somewhere in the region of £10 for a half an hour lesson in which they WILL teach you whatever THEY think you should learn. This can be soul destroying for even the most resilient of beginners and only serves to put people off playing the guitar altogether. When you do decide to present the music you would like to learn to some teachers you may well find that your half an hour lesson is spent waiting patiently whilst your teacher accesses and prints the tablature for you from the internet! Normally this isn't beyond the pupil themselves and is very poor practise.

Dr Dorian will initially establish what any new pupil would like to learn and instinctively set to creating bespoke lesson plans in order to achieve the students own personal goals. It goes without say that Dr Dorians method usually produces a superior guitarist who is then motivated to move forward and on to intermediate guitar lessons.
